The Stance of Power

According to the Science of People, the dynamics of posture goes far beyond what we originally thought. Sitting at the computer, arms folded, hunched over, and closed arms and shoulders will actually lower your confidence hormone, testosterone. On the opposite spectrum, standing in a power pose will raise your confidence hormone, testosterone, especially when held for 3 minutes or longer.  With hands on hips, frontal facing, open chest, equal weight on both legs, you can physically change your well being!
